Hi everyone! I am 25 years old and married to my high school boyfriend. After high school I attended Howard Community College. Now I tried to go to a "real" college but UMBC put me on the wait list and I didn't make it there due to academic reasons. No, I didn't fail, I actually got a 4.0 my first semester. I just wasn't in the right English and math classes that UMBC needed for me to transfer. So I just stayed at HCC until May 2005 when I graduated with my degree in Social Science. I never transferred to that "real" college because I was still unsure of what I wanted to do, plus I HATED school. I mean I liked going to classes and having the freedom of being a college student I just hated the studying, writing papers and taking tests part. It just was NOT for me. Now I work for a window company(where we actually make the windows in the factory!) doing data entry/order processing. I have been there for a little over 4 years.

Majors I thought about perusing, but never really did, hence why I didn't continue with school:
~Criminology
~Geography
~Meteorology
~Mythology
~Sociology <--If I was to go back for a 4 year degree this would be the one.
~History

I dont update really for 2 reasons:

1. I work 5 days out of the week on a computer for 8-9 hrs each day. My eyes have severally gotten worse because of this. I don't like to jump on the computer right after I get home because I was just there all day long and my eyes hurt. Plus at work I type in numbers and letters frequently when I type in address and in emails, but I don't type full pages like I used to when I was in school, so I lack those typing skills. It's bad. I just hunt and peck.

2. I am not the one to straight out talking about my personal life. I don't like to bitch when writing, well one because some of you people wont understand and two, me typing my problems doesn't help me feel any better.

So what do I use LJ for anyway? Communities. You may see many wrestling communities listed but I don't follow as much as I used to. Now really, I am NOT the stereotypical "wrestling fan". Stear-clear from that judgment. You wouldn't even guess that I was a wrestling fan if you didn't know it. But I do watch other communities, and read friend pages and comment lots.

I am on facebook! Allll the time.

I am very unqiue and have my quarks. People say I am odd and they learn that is just how I am.

~I LOVE the spring & fall. I call fall my secret boyfriend. Seriously. I like winter too but only for the snow but being in MD we don't get much of it. Unfortunately with the lack of sun in the winter and staying inside all day due to the cold can make one pretty sad. I just hate summer because the humidity in MD is nasty. But us Marylanders are troopers! We can handle it!
~~~I like Christmas too; the Christmas spirit, the lights, the food, the tree, the decorations,~~ but I HATE the fact that you MUST buy gifts for each other and the whole religious aspect of it. Dont care for it. I have stated that once I have a kid then I will like X-mas again. Most holidays are for children anyway.
~I love vintage X-Mas memorabilia, especially Santa.
~I love SNOW!!! Too bad here in Maryland we don't get much of it.
~I really hate the time from mid January through Mid March.
~I like coffee!
~I like the shows King Of Queens, Amazing Race, The L Word and So You Think You Can Dance and I am a sucker for American Idol and all sorts of other reality shows. You name it I probably watch it.
~Football has been even a bigger part of my life. I am a HUGE Baltimore Ravens fan!
~I have a cat named Mina. She is loved very much :)
